How did we improve on the best wheel on the market? We added BluePrint design and machining technology to our proprietary Portion-form shaping and heat treating processes.
Starting with a single sheet of aircraft-grade aluminum the bell and nose halves that comprise a wheel are first Portion-formed to exacting BluePrint specifications, then precision mated by a robotic welding process.
Then the entire surface of the one-piece wheel is CNC machined to our BluePrint program tolerances. And now we’ve pushed the envelope even further.
With our new Q+ Mag, we’ve blended our successful magnesium technology with our proven oval kart program; resulting in three versions of the truest spinning, most precise oval kart wheel on the market.
